the service we engage on your behalf:

• Arranging the collection of the paperwork (death certificate, cremation certificate, copy of the deceased person’s passport) also the ashes from the family or the funeral directors.
• Hermetically sealing the ashes and preparation for the consignment
• Filling the required forms and obtain the consular permit
• Booking the airfreight and transfer the ashes to the airport.

Upon arrival to the destination airport:  

• We can arrange for the collection of the ashes from the airport and transport them to the final address
• We can provide all the necessary paperwork to assist either you or the funeral directors to collect the ashes from the destination airport.

If you wish to transport the ashes in your hand luggage most of the airlines will allow you to do this, We can support you with the documentation as some destinations will require consular permit and they treat the ashes the same as the body when it comes to the legal requirement. You will need to ensure that you carry the correct documents beforehand.
